Shipping Policy — Called & Chosen

All Called & Chosen products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner, Printful, who produces and ships your items.

Processing time
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Delivery within France
Estimated delivery is approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery within Europe
Estimated delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and items ordered.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Multiple items
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different locations.

Delivery problems
If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at makabi@calledandchosen12.com with your order number so we can assist you.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Called & Chosen cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
